Engine and Performance

The Quartermaster packs a potent 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six engine built by BMW that cranks out 281 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque. It’s teamed up with an eight-speed automatic transmission with manual override. This rugged pickup operates with a permanent four-wheel drive system and a two-speed mechanical transfer case. A locking center differential comes standard and front and rear lockers are available upgrades. The Trialmaster trim rolls with BFGoodrich all-terrain tires wrapped in 17-inch steel wheels. In addition, the Quartermaster is equipped with solid front and rear axles with coil springs along with shocks at all four corners.

Towing and Payload

The maximum towing capacity is 7716 pounds which matches the pulling power of the Grenadier SUV. It's just enough to edge out the Chevy Colorado and the GMC Canyon’s 7700-pound towing capacity to give you the best in the mid-size pickup class. The maximum payload in the 2025 Ineos Quartermaster is 1840 pounds.

Interior

The Quartermaster's cabin reflects character and capability instead of gadgetry. The four-door cab style and the aircraft-inspired toggle switches located in the center stack are standard features. Interior materials are surprisingly luxurious and the Quartermaster’s design is well-thought-out. The dials and switches are large enough to be operated easily even when you're wearing work gloves. The seats are supportive and easy to slide in and out of. You'll find plenty of headroom all over the cabin and the rear-mounted air vents provide plenty of air. You can also get optional safari windows that can be opened up to give you extra ventilation.

Technology

While the Quartermaster prioritizes simplicity, it still includes tech conveniences. The 12.3-inch infotainment touch screen gives you the alternative of operating with a more convenient physical rotary dial. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ come standard and you'll find multiple switches mounted on the ceiling that you can use to access LED light bars, auxiliary battery power and a winch. Those switches are illuminated and they're extremely tactile so they’re further evidence of the simple, practical design of the Quartermaster.

Safety

Every version of the Quartermaster is equipped with automatic emergency braking, a lane-departure warning system, speed-limit detection, front and rear parking sensors and a driver drowsiness monitoring system.

Trim Levels

The 2025 INEOS Quartermaster is available in three trim levels. The Base trim includes essential features and capabilities, while the Trialmaster Edition adds enhanced off-road equipment like front and rear locking differentials and BFGoodrich all-terrain KO2 tires. The Trialmaster also comes with puddle lamps, a 400-watt inverter, a raised air intake and an auxiliary battery. The Fieldmaster Edition offers leather seat trim and a premium sound system.
